Status of the ZBB Demonstration SitePreliminary testing was conducted in 2006 at the Distributed Utility Integration Test Facility in San Ramon, CA. This testing confirmed the ability to series and parallel 50kWh battery modules and remotely charge/discharge a mobile system with approximately 500kWh of capacity from the battery system. Additionally, a second system was tested over a one month period to demonstrate the ability to remote control charge/discharge at approximately 250kWh - forty times. |
